Terms of Service

Ring Warden provides website security assessment services, including a Website Security Risk Preview and a Comprehensive Website Security Review. Our services identify publicly observable indicators and provide recommendations. They are not a comprehensive security audit, penetration test, compliance assessment, or guarantee of security.

No review can guarantee that a website is secure or that all vulnerabilities have been identified. Findings reflect observable signals at the time of assessment and do not establish that a compromise has occurred.

Ring Warden provides findings and recommendations. Implementation and remediation should be confirmed separately with Ring Warden or the appropriate IT provider before being represented as included.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any decisions made based on our findings. You confirm you have the right to request assessment of the website and domain you submit.

The Comprehensive Website Security Review is offered at a flat fee of $499. Any fees will be communicated and agreed before work begins. Ring Warden does not offer additional paid plans or recurring subscriptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring Warden is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
